Job Title: Fulfillment Assistant

Job Type: Entry-Level, Full-Time (30hrs/week)

Job Location: Senchi Designs HQ, Portland, Oregon. NW Portland warehouse 3-4 days/week.

Compensation: $22/hr

Job Overview (What You'll Do):

We’re excited to bring on board a Fulfillment Assistant to help manage our inventory and ensure smooth operations. If you're self-motivated, thrive on organization, and are interested in growing with the business, we invite you to join our team!

Job Responsibilities (How You'll Do It):

• Order Processing: Process incoming returns and outgoing orders through Shopify. Bag and mail orders headed out to customers.
• Inventory Management: Ensure incoming inventory is packed, folded, tagged, and organized into our inventory system. Attention to detail is key!
• Local Deliveries: Occasionally, you'll be responsible for delivering packed shipments to our local Post Office.
• Physical Requirements: You will need to carry boxes up to 30 lbs and be able to handle carrying them up and down stairs.

The Ideal Candidate (What You Need To Succeed):

• Warm, friendly, and helpful personality
• Experience with Shopify is very helpful
• Experience with performance apparel or knowledge of outdoor-wear is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Possession of a vehicle is a plus, though not mandatory
