Love it.

Wore it to Mt. Whitney in Eastern Sierra. Temp ranged 40s-60s with winds, hoody was warm enough and breezy enough as a single layer i didn’t need a jacket over. I did notice some pilling though, some fabrics left on my sports bra.

I love this thing! It fits like it was custom made for me!

I love this thing! It fits like it was custom made for me. I'm 6'2 and 190lbs and is the perfect balance of fitting well without being too tight. The fabric and seems seem solid so far and the elastic keeps it nice and toasty/minimal. When I use the thumb loops I sometimes feel like I'm putting too much strain on the fabric when reaching in certain directions so I tend not to use them. I do have longer arms than most people my height though. It's amazingly warm for its weight. Love it!

Great part of my summer 14er hiking kit

I found this hoodie helpful as a layer over my sun hoodie to provide warmth when heading out in the twilight when it is still 40F out. I carry a <4oz Patagonia Houdini windshirt to go over and retain heat, but found the shirt on its own to provide the right balance between warmth & breathability. Adding a Rab Phantom rain pullover keeps these 3 pieces totaling about 12oz in my 8L pack.

On this specific A60 hoodie, I found the face opening small, but not choking when I pull it back. I like that there are thumb loops, but the sleeves are a touch short for me. The light grey is nice, but might be good to be darker to avoid dirt, but not an issue. I thought I should go for the 90 weight for more versatility, but this seems great so far. I do own grid fleeces such as BD Coefficient and Patagonia R1 Air which may be better choices for winter, albiet heavier, but may be on my back more consistently.

Size M fits my 160# 6' self with 37-38" chest perfectly.
