RETURNS

email us to return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
we provide a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. orders only).
we do not supply return labels for international orders.
returns that show signs of wear, washing, strong odors or pet hair will be considered final sale and shipped back at the customer’s expense.
returns are not accepted on items marked “all sales final”.

 

EXCHANGES

if you ordered the wrong size, email us to start a return.
send the item back and place a new order for the correct size.
due to the nature of limited drops, we can't guarantee availability for exchanges.
we’ll refund your original order once the items are received and inspected.
