RETURNS / REPAIRS

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. To initiate a return please our return portal.

Order number must be included in the return parcel. Items must be in new/unused condition, with original tags attached and accessory items included. Any items with visible signs of use, pet hair, or strong odors will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Items listed 'Final Sale' are ineligible for return or exchange.

International orders are ineligible for return or exchange. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item received is faulty and was received damaged, please contact us within 7 days ofdelivery. We'll do our best to remedy the situation.

REPAIRS

If you are looking to repair a used item, please contact us. We can try to fix any damages for a reasonable fee, depending on the extent of the damage and the amount of use.

RECEIVING A REFUND

All return requests that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail confirming when the refund is issued. Any shipments that arrive after 30 days from the initial interaction will not be processed. Any returns that do not meet the above requirements may be rejected, and customer will be notified via email.
