WARRANTY

our gear is built for ultralight performance. alpha fabric is delicate by design, so some wear and tear is expected. but if your item arrives with a defect, we’ll figure out a solution.

 

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

email us with your order # and photos - we’ll offer a refund, in-house repair, or store credit.
replacements aren’t always available, and may not match your original color or size.
for international orders, we don’t offer replacements, but we can offer a partial refund or store credit.

 

REPAIRS

we offer free in-house repairs for minor damage (within 1 year of purchase): snags, holes, stitching issues.
email info@senchidesigns.com with your order # and photos. repairs take 2–4 weeks.
international customers cover shipping both ways.

 

WEAR & TEAR

alpha is breathable, extremely light, and fast-drying, but anything highly specialized has its drawbacks.
we highly encourage DIY fixes, and recommend hand-stitching or local sewing shops. we’re happy to offer tips on self repair.
