RETURNS

• email us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate return for unused items.
• returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
• for US orders, we provide a return label. a $10 deduction will be applied to refund to cover return shipping, inspection, and restocking our our shop.
• we do not supply return labels for international orders.
• returns that show signs of wear, washing, strong odors or pet hair will be considered final sale and shipped back at the customer’s expense.
• returns are not accepted on items marked “final sale”.
• once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the original order and process the replacement item.

 

 

EXCHANGES

• if you'd prefer an exchange, please email us with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the available item you'd like to receive.
• the $10 restocking fee is waived, and we will also cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
• due to the nature of limited drops, we can't guarantee availability for exchanges.
